   Nope. Have to pay for your own domain name or get a free one by paying for a hosting site that offers a free domain name as part of their hosting package.

   G’Day,

   No, this is not possible, but you could buy a domain name really cheaply (from $12 / year) and then put it on your FREE hosting. I have done this before, and it is really easy. I recommend http://www.000webhost.com – no cost, and basically has full functions as website hosting. This also has a FREE website builder, which will help you in the design part.
   If you are really despirate for a free domain… try one of the online sub-domains to a company.. like http://www.YOUR-PERSONAL-DOMAIN-HERE.hosting.com. I did this for a while, then bought my own domain and used it on 000Webhost.com.

   In answer to your question, no. No one will design a website for you for free. However there is a website builder on 000webhost control panel which you can use for free.
   1500 MB disk space
   100 GB data transfer
   PHP and MySQL
   Website Builder
   no advertising
   Never had any problems at all, they will help you with servers etc. control panel is easy to use.
   I pay £10 a year for the domain name, so that is the yearly cost of my site. Free hosting rocks

   when u byu hosting, in cpanel there is option create site. this can be more helpful for same. some of hosting providers offers free web templates, so we can create web site easily.
