Whats the best VOIP way to call the USA from behind a firewall? Net2Phone? HotFoon? Skype?

I live in Oman, need to call the USA over a firewalled company computer and don’t have admin rights to shut off the firewall or install messenger.

    To use any of the VoIP system, you will need a couple of ports opened, without them it wont work. 5060/5061, 69, 53.
