What is the best VOIP service available in the metro-Myrtle Beach, SC area at present?
Vonage is NOT available at present, and I am unfamiliar with the other companies, they all seem about the same to me.

VOIP is available anywhere you can get a Broadband connection, I assume you mean who has local phone numbers. I wouldn’t use Vonage anyway. They’re too expensive. I looked up Myrtle Beach, SC on BroadVoice. They have the following numbers available:
