What are the best VOIP apps for iPhone 3GS?
I am getting an unlimited data + text plan and no talk plan. I need the best apps.
I wont be doing international calls just domestic calls. Only USA calls.
Please suggest. Google Voice mobile may be used as an option. Phone = unlocked and jailbroken.

I am glad to see this question. I am also an iPhone user and I make free calls to anyone in USA. That too unlimited with crystal clear voice quality. You can use whistle phone for this. Once you add whistle to your device you can use it to make unlimited free calls after a short (15 s) ad before each call. For your kind information I added the source below where I found this info.
I definitely recommend RingCentral but there are many great services out there that are dirt cheap.
