1st, they made it first with the best quality (not like ICQ or Yahoo)
2nd, it’s working in low broadband also
3rd, It is full telephone services if you will pay (personal number for incoming calls and voice mail, low prices for national and international calls)

Net2Phone is a bit more expensive but they have been doing voip longer and have great service. They also have better international calling rates.
But in the neutral sense of answering your question…the technology is almost the same for every service provider out there…so the quality would depend on your internet connection…other than that…compare pricing plans and features to suit your needs.
